Create the new account with the same email address you used on the old Irving Books shop. That email is how we match your previous purchases.
Existing Customers
The shop has moved from WooCommerce to a new account system. Your old password will not work here, but your previous purchases can be reconnected by creating a fresh account with the same email address.
What to do
You do not need access to the old website. The new site matches orders from imported records using your email address.
Create the new account with the same email address you used on the old Irving Books shop. That email is how we match your previous purchases.
Old WooCommerce passwords were not copied into the new system. This protects customer accounts during the move.
After signing in, new-site orders and older WooCommerce purchases appear separately so you can tell them apart.
What carries over
The new account area separates current orders from legacy WooCommerce records. That keeps fulfilment status clear while still giving returning customers access to their old history.

Help
Create the account with the email you most often used at checkout. If an order is missing, send us the old order number or alternate email and we can trace it.
That is expected. Old passwords were not transferred. Create a new account instead of trying to reset the old WooCommerce password.
Sign in and check Order History. If the email matches, legacy orders should appear automatically; if not, contact us and include the old order details.
Send the old order number, checkout email, and any name used on the purchase. We can search the imported records and reconnect the order to the right account.
