ABOUT THE BOOKSTORE

Does purchasing books here help David Irving?
Yes. This is David Irving’s own bookstore. There is no middle man. 100% of your purchase goes to support David Irving and his International Campaign for Real History and this bookstore is his primary source of income.

I’m new to David Irving’s work. Where should I start?
We recommend “Hitler’s War” as a starting place. This book is David Irving’s flagship work. If you are looking for a shorter book, many of our customers tell us they often recommend “Nuremberg, the Last Battle” or “Banged Up” to their friends.

I already own all of David Irving’s books. Is there a way I can support him without making a purchase?
Yes. We welcome contributions of any size and all donations go to support David Irving, his writing, and his legal battles. Please visit www.fpp.co.uk/don to make a donation by credit card or by PayPal.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I need to return/exchange a product. What should I do?
We operate a no-quibble return policy, so long as the returned item is still in new condition. Please contact sales@irvingbooks.com if you need to return or exchange an item. For event tickets, we offer refunds only in the case of genuine inability to attend. We do not offer refunds on event ticket reservations that were booked fraudulently or with the intent to commit harm or criminal activity.

If your items are returned to us as undeliverable or were refused by you, we will refund ONLY the total price of the items, but not any shipping charges. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and to take receipt of the items when they are delivered.



DISCOUNTS AND SALES

Do you offer any discounts or coupons?
We usually have several active discount codes at any given time. You can find out about these codes by visiting David Irving’s personal website, www.fpp.co.uk/index.html or by following us on Facebook. Most of the time, product-specific codes will be listed under the product it applies to. Occasionally, we send out special coupon codes with book orders or offer them to people who attend events. To use a coupon code, go to your shopping cart page- at the bottom, you will see a text box where you can enter a coupon code. You may only use one code per order.

When do you run sales?
We run sales on a regular basis and are always updating prices.

I would like to make a purchase, but I have financial concerns. Can you help?
Please email us with your specific concern and what products you are interested in. We will do what we can to help you afford the items you want. We do not turn away students, those from poor countries, or those who have fallen on hard times.



PAYMENT ISSUES

Why won't my credit card work at your store?
First, please make sure you are using a credit card we accept. We accept Discover, Diners Club, Visa, and Mastercard (but not American Express or Maestro). Second, please ensure that you have entered your card number, expiration date, and CVV numbers correctly. (The CVV number is required.) If you are still having trouble, please use our Contact Us form and explain the problem you are encountering. If you receive an error message, please include it in your email. If we cannot fix the problem right away, we can make alternative arrangements to process your credit card. Additionally, you can use PayPal to transfer money, write e-Checks, or use your credit card if you have a PayPal account.

During check out, I get the following error: FAILED : REQUEST_FORMAT : Document was not a well formed XML Document.
We recommend that you log out of the site, clear your browser's cache, then quit (not restart) the browser and try again. You can also try using a different browser. If this still doesn't work, please email us about using an alternate payment page.

I tried to pay by PayPal, but it's not working.
Make sure you have completed the checkout process correctly. When you check out, you should select the radio button for PayPal under Payment Method and click Continue. You should then be taken to a "Place Order" screen where you confirm your billing and shipping details and click Submit Order. At that point, you will be connected to the PayPal gateway, where you will need to log in to your PayPal account to complete the transaction. If you have done it correctly, you will get an email from Irvingbooks.com saying your order is being processed.
 
If you completed all these steps, but did not receive an email saying your order has been processed or were unable to log in to PayPal, then you have encountered a glitch on the PayPal site. This happens from time to time and they are usually quick about fixing the problem. Simply try again in an hour or so. Your unfinished order should still be saved in your shopping cart if you had previously tried to check out logged in under your account. If you tried to check out as an unregistered guest, you may need to add your items to your shopping cart again.

I don’t use credit cards or PayPal. Can I pay by check, cash, or money order?
Yes, you can. Just complete check out as normal and select the money order/check method of payment at check out and mail your payment to the address provided (P O Box 1707, Key West, FL 33041, USA or Holme Rose House, Croy, Inverness, IV2 5PW, Scotland). If you send cash, make sure it is well concealed. Usually, we'll mail your order upon receiving your payment, but if for any reason you need your order processed more quickly, please send us an email after you place your order and let us know you need it shipped sooner and we will make arrangements with you to do so.



SHIPPING ISSUES

Do you ship to X-country?
We will ship to any country on the globe, but please be advised that some countries have prolonged customs procedures that may tie up your order for several weeks. Most products ship from the UK or USA.

How long will it take for my items to reach me?
This depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We aim to ship out orders on the same day or following business day. Within the United States, delivery estimates shown at the checkout page are guaranteed by the post office. To ship outside of the United States, we cannot guarantee delivery time due to customs delays that may arise in the recipient country. If you are ordering from outside of the United States, we ask that you be patient, as certain countries experience longer delays than others. If you are an international customer and have not received your order within four weeks regardless of the shipping method you chose, please do contact us and we will do what we can to fix the problem for you.

Why are your shipping prices so high?!
We ship most of our products from the US. Within the US, shipping prices are quite cheap, but shipping heavy books anywhere else in the world is very expensive. For our international customers, we offer a "flat rate" shipping option, which is usually the cheapest option available. With this option, we cover up to 2/3 of the actual shipping costs for you. However, in some countries, such as Canada, Australia, and other Commonwealth countries, we have had complaints about parcels going missing in customs. If you are a non-US customer and you would like tracking or insurance on your parcel, please select first class or express mail at check out. With flat rate and priority, we can only track the parcel to the US border.

I am a foreign customer and I have been charged a customs fee on my order!
In most countries, media products such as books are not subject to customs fees. On rare occasion, a customs fee may be assessed on your parcel. It is your responsibility to pay the appropriate fees to clear it through customs or appeal the fee. We have no control over whether or not a fee may be assessed and we do our best to ensure that our customers are not unfairly targeted for these fees. However, if you refuse the package because of customs fees and it is returned to us unclaimed by the recipient, you will be refunded the cost of your order less the actual shipping costs.



PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

I’m looking for a David Irving title that is not for sale in the bookstore. Where can I get it?
We occasionally offer good condition used copies of out-of-print books in the store under Out-of-Print Editions, but if we don't have the title you are looking for, please contact sales@irvingbooks.com. We are happy to attempt to acquire a good condition copy of the book you want upon request. In some cases, we may be preparing the title for reprinting, in which case we can let you know when it will be available again.

Do you sell books for e-book readers?
We plan to, shortly. Please check back soon or visit Amazon and Kindle websites.

Will you ever reprint X title?
We are currently in the process of reprinting many of David Irving’s older titles. However, this endeavour requires capital and we can only continue to reprint books so long as there are funds to do it. If you are interested in investing in this project, we would love to hear from you.

When will the Himmler book be available?
Mr Irving is still writing Himmler. The earliest publication date we can estimate would be in 2016.

When will Churchill's War, vol 3 be available?
We do not currently have an estimated publication date for this title, as Mr Irving is focusing his efforts on the Himmler book and will resume work on the Churchill book after the Himmler book is published.

Do you have books in other languages besides English?
We do. Please look under International Editions to see if your language is offered. We are continually updating our inventory, so if your language is not there, check back at a later date.

Do you sell books by any other authors?
We now offer books by other authors who we believe will be of interest to David Irving’s readers. You can find them under Other Authors. Please contact us, either by using the Contact Us form or the Customer Feedback form, to let us know if there are any specific authors or titles you would like to recommend. We are always eager to hear from our customers what other products they would like to see and we welcome suggestions.

How can I get my book signed?
The best way to get your book signed is to attend a David Irving event near you. If you cannot do that, we can sometimes arrange for books ordered through the bookstore to be signed. Please contact sales@irvingbooks.com for details before you order, as this may incur additional shipping charges.

Will David Irving speak in a town near me? Can you notify me if he comes to my area?
David Irving speaks regularly in many major cities in the USA and the UK and occasionally speaks in other foreign cities around the globe. If you would like David Irving to come to your area, please let us know! Email info@fpp.co.uk and tell us where you are. If enough people are interested, we will try to schedule a visit. He is not permitted to accept fees in the USA. If you are willing to organise an event yourself and gather an audience, please tell us. If you would simply like to be notified the next time David Irving speaks in your area, please email info@fpp.co.uk with your name, address, and email and request to be added to our mailing list for future events. We would love to have you come.



WHOLESALE REQUESTS

I would like to sell David Irving books in my own bookstore. Will you wholesale?
Yes, we are happy to distribute certain titles to booksellers large and small at a discount. Please contact sales@irvingbooks.com with your request. Most titles have minimum purchase requirements.



INTERVIEW REQUESTS

I'm a journalist or blogger and would like to arrange an interview with David Irving or acquire one of his books for purposes of a review.
To arrange an interview with Mr Irving, please contact info@fpp.co.uk. For book reviews that will be published in legitimate media, we may be able to offer one free or reduced price sample copy of certain titles.



TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

I’m having technical problems with your website. Can you help?

We recommend that you log out of the site, clear your browser's cache, then quit (not restart) the browser and try again. You can also try using a different browser.

I can't remember my password or my login information doesn't work.
This store was created new in May of 2010 and all previous customer data erased. You will need to sign up as a new customer. When you sign up, you will be given the option of creating a username and password. This is not required. If you choose to create a username and password, you will not have to enter your shipping information next time you make a purchase, but you will need to remember your login details. If you choose not to create a username, each time you make a purchase, you must click on New Customer and enter all your details each time.
If you know you already have a username and password and cannot remember either one, you can check out anonymously by clicking on New Customer. Otherwise, you will need to use the Contact Us form and ask for your password to be reset. We ask that if you opt to check out by using a password each time that you write it down or remember it.

I'm trying to check out using PayPal, but when I click to pay that way, nothing happens
When you choose to check out by PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal's site where you will need to log in to your PayPal account and complete the transaction on the PayPal site. If you are redirected to PayPal and get a black screen or any other kind of error that is preventing you from finishing the transaction, it means PayPal is experiencing problems. Usually they resolve these issues within ten to fifteen minutes. You should wait and then try again or choose another payment method.
