Acceptance and Enrollment

To join the Irving Books Affiliate Program, applicants must submit a completed online application. Irving Books reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion. Upon approval, you will be granted access to our affiliate tools and resources.

Affiliate Obligations

2.1. Promotion and Conduct: As an affiliate, you agree to ethically promote Irving Books and its products using only approved marketing materials. Misleading, harmful, or inappropriate use of the Irving Books brand is strictly prohibited.

2.2. Compliance: You must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to email marketing laws and regulations.

2.3. Website Use: Affiliates are prohibited from creating websites or social media profiles that may imply they are officially affiliated with or operated by Irving Books, beyond the scope of the affiliate program.

Commission Structure

Commissions are earned on qualifying sales that occur within a set period after a customer clicks on an affiliate’s link. Irving Books reserves the right to modify commission rates and structures at any time.

Payment

4.1. Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, provided the affiliate has reached a minimum threshold specified in the affiliate dashboard.

4.2. Payment Method: Payments will be made via the method selected by the affiliate in their account settings.

Intellectual Property

Irving Books grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and other branding materials provided through the affiliate program. These materials must be used in adherence to our guidelines and for the sole purpose of promoting Irving Books.

Termination

The affiliate or Irving Books may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all Irving Books branding, links, and promotional material from their platforms.

Limitation of Liability

Irving Books will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of this agreement or the affiliate program.

Amendments

Irving Books reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Continued participation in the program after such changes shall constitute consent to such amendments.

Acceptance

By submitting your application to the Irving Books Affiliate Program, you affirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
