Earn on eligible merchandise only. Shipping, tax, gift cards, discounts, refunded items, and cancelled orders do not count.

Store credit arrives by email as a checkout code. eBooks deliver a download link, and Winston passes activate straight away.

Signed copies, physical gifts, acknowledgements, and early-access rewards go into a staff queue and are fulfilled as availability allows.
