Points that count

Earn on eligible merchandise only. Shipping, tax, gift cards, discounts, refunded items, and cancelled orders do not count.

Store credit arrives by email as a checkout code. eBook rewards send a download link once you choose the title.

Signed copies, physical gifts, acknowledgements, and early-access rewards go into a staff queue and are fulfilled as availability allows.

Credit uses purchase-earned points and is capped within each rolling 30-day window, keeping the programme fair and sustainable.
