Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Physical books are printed and shipped by our UK-based print-on-demand partner. Books are printed to order, which means production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days after production
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days after production
• Europe: 5–12 business days after production
• Rest of World: 7–21 business days after production

These are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or postal services. Tracking information will be provided where available.

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical books. Items must be unused and in their original condition. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge. Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, and other downloadable content) are provided DRM-free for your personal use. Upon purchase, you will receive a download link via email.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use digital products for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share digital files with third parties
• Upload digital files to file-sharing services or public repositories
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or attribution
• Use digital files for commercial purposes without written permission

Download links remain active for a reasonable period. If you experience any issues accessing your downloads, please contact us.
