Historical Material Policy ->“No Citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training… What a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” – Socrates
The only existing English translation of the 1938 Wehrmacht Fitness Manual, containing 133 images from the original.
Translated by a collaborative effort of anonymous translators, directed by The Bureau of Memetic Warfare. Some exercises were expanded upon because the original work assumed the reader was familiar with old-school calisthenics.
Thank you to the men of The Bureau of Memetic Warfare for granting us the privilege of transitioning this book out of the internet and onto the printed page, ensuring its survival against state and corporate censorship.
